Terms and conditions
Our agreement with you:
1. Putting our agreement in place
1.1. In this agreement, we are Bugarri Shoes and you are the person detailed on the order forms.
1.2. Our agreement is made at the moment you confirm your order at the final step under the check section (Step 3 of 3: Your order is now complete!).
1.3. Our agreement includes all correspondence from us to you and the descriptions of the goods as provided by us on our website or otherwise.
2. Making your choice and ordering
2.1. Surf through our website and select your chosen products.
2.2. Complete the order form in full and follow the instructions detailed on the website.
3. Payment and delivery
3.1. If your method of payment equals credit card, we will deduct the price payable for your chosen products from your nominated credit card and your chosen products will be dispatched to you.
3.2. If your method of payment equals bank transfer or money order (cheque), your chosen products will be dispatched to you once your payment appears on our bank account.
3.3. If your method of payment equals cash on delivery, your chosen products will be dispatched to you. Upon delivery you will be required to pay in cash the total order amount to the delivery agent.
4. Returns
Please make sure your return shipments fulfils our general guidelines:
In case one or more of the above guidelines is not fulfilled, we reserve the right to withhold a refund and/or an exchange. The return is your responsibility until it reaches us.
4.1 If the shoes are not the correct size 
free exchange
In that case we will exchange the returned goods for another size of your choice (subject to availability). The exchange is completely free, so we won't charge you any shipping and handling costs to get your new pair of shoes. You have the right to exchange with another model. In case the model is more expensive, you will be required to pay the price difference. In case the model is less expensive, you will be granted a refund. We shall only exchange once for free. For successive exchanges, you will need to pay shipping and handling costs.
4.2. If the shoes are damaged and/or faulty free repair, free exchange or free refund
When your shoes show unexpected signs of premature deterioration, you may return them (Please contact info@bugarrishoes.com before sending your shoes ) to us and we will try to have them repaired by a shoe maker at our expenses or if not possible we will exchange them for the same model and size (subject to availiability). Successively, we will ship the repaired shoes to you for free.
If the shoes cannot be repaired nor changed for the same model, you can either exchange them for a model of the same price or request a refund according to the following schedule: 100% refund after one month of usage, 90% refund after 2 months of usage, 80% refund after 3 months of usage, 70% refund after 4 months of usage, etc. Refunds will only be granted in case the shoe maker argues that deterioration was caused by regular usage. Refunds can also be used as a discount on future orders.
4.3. If the shoes don't meet your expectations partial refund
Shipping costs will not be refunded, administration and restockage fees will apply but will not exceed 20% of the total value of your order.

7. Price of the goods
7.1. The price of the goods shall be the price quoted by us on our website next to the illustration and description of your chosen products, unless agreed otherwise by us in writing.
7.2. The price is inclusive of any payable value added tax and postage and packing. There are no extra charges for shipping (worldwide).
8. Risk and Property
8.1. Risk of damage to or loss of your chosen products shall pass to you on delivery of them.
8.2. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in your chosen products or any other provision of this agreement property in your chosen products shall not pass to you until we receive cleared funds payment in full of the price of your chosen products.
9. Warranties
9.1. We warrant that you will be entitled to the benefit of any warranties or guarantee given by you the suppliers to us of your chosen products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9.2. You warrant that the information entered onto the order form is true.
9.3. Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction, your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement.
10. Force majeure
10.1. We shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of this agreement by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond our reasonable control:
10.1.1. Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire, accident, or terrorist act.
10.1.2. War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance, or requisition.
10.1.3. Acts restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions, or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental parliamentary or local authority.
10.1.4. Import or export regulations or embargoes.
10.1.5. Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions, or trade disputes (whether involving employees of us or of a third party).
10.1.6. Power failure or breakdown in machinery.
11. General
11.1. If any provision of this agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of this agreement and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.
11.2. The Contract shall be governed by US law.
12. Whole Agreement
12.1. The terms and conditions set out in this agreement represents the entire agreement.
